Our stay at Sian Ka'an was overall pleasant but felt more like a regular hotel than the luxury experience we were hoping for. The room was clean and had a nice vibe, though it could use some updates and extra storage. The service from the staff was delightful, and we enjoyed the variety in dining across the resort. Some parts felt a bit lacking, especially regarding the ambience and the noise levels at the pool. While we appreciated the free upgrade, the overall experience didn't quite meet our expectations for a luxury getaway.
